When adults purchase the Deluxe Beverage Package, Royal Caribbean requires all minors (under 21) in the stateroom to purchase the Refreshment Package.
Example: If 2 adults + 1 teen (age 16):

- 1 minor × Refreshment Package = 1 Refreshment package required
