The Aperol Spritz and French 75 are good choices in a setting like this — lighter cocktails that match an elevated mood. Wine by the glass is the Mondavi fleet selection. Draft beer feels out of place but is always available. No signature cocktails tied to the "Skyline" concept, which is a recurring NCL disappointment for themed bars.
