The Red Room is Virgin Voyages' signature performance venue — a transformational multi-form theater that converts between a traditional proscenium stage, a flat-floor dance party configuration, a cabaret layout, and an in-the-round format. This mechanical versatility is genuinely unique in the cruise industry and allows The Red Room to host radically different productions (Duel Reality, Booked!, Out of Time, Persephone, Another Rose) in configurations specifically designed for each show. It also transforms into a late-night dance venue on select evenings. The venue is the architectural and entertainment centerpiece of every Virgin Voyages ship.

Drinks & Service

The Red Room bar serves the standard cocktail menu and is open before shows and during the venue's transformation into a late-night space. The espresso martini is the most popular pre-show order. Champagne is popular for opening-night performances. Where it falls short: the bar area is undersized for the venue's capacity, creating congestion before every popular show.
