Third of the Lady ClassResilient Lady was Virgin Voyages' most-delayed ship at delivery. Keel-laid on 27 April 2017 at Fincantieri Sestri Ponente, she floated out on 2 July 2021 and was scheduled for August 2022 delivery. Virgin parked the completed hull at Palermo through autumn 2022 while pushing her maiden season back by 11 months, and Fincantieri formally delivered her on 7 December 2022. Her inaugural voyage was a 7-night 'Greek Island Glow' from Piraeus (Athens) on 14 May 2023. On 4 December 2023 she arrived in Sydney Harbour — the first Virgin Voyages ship ever to reach Australia, with Sir Richard Branson on hand for the welcome.
